Welcome! I am so glad you are here! I enjoy working with teens and adults through some of life’s difficult moments. Whether that is organizational skills, anxiety, depression, ADHD, family relationships, or any other issue that you feel is keeping you from being your best self.
I prioritize creating a therapeutic environment characterized by unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuineness. This foundation allows my clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences without fear of judgment or criticism.
Through compassionate listening and reflective dialogue, I aim to empower my clients to tap into their own inner wisdom, clarify their values, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe that every person has the potential for growth and transformation, and it is my privilege to support and guide them on their path to emotional well-being.
If you’re seeking a therapist who will honor your unique experiences and perspectives, and who will support you in exploring your own strengths and solutions, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can embark on a journey towards healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
