I’m glad you’re here. I have made it my life’s work to help couples heal their relationships or individuals overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, or trauma. I get to witness and guide people moving from shame and isolation to secure connection and freedom. If you’re suffering in your relationship or with the difficulties of life, I would be honored to walk that road toward healing with you.
I practice Emotionally Focused Therapy and help train others in the model. Many of my clients have experienced some form of relationship injury, from persistent conflict to abandonment, rejection, emotional or physical affairs, sexual disconnection, transition of life issues, grief, loss, or have medical diagnoses that impact their relationship.
