If you and your partner feel caught in a negative cycle of conflict and distress, I can help to reorganize your relationship in a way that promotes positive experiences of healing and strengthens your emotional bond. In our work together, you will gain an understanding and awareness of these disrupting negative patterns that are driven by deeper emotions and attachment distress. I’m passionate about helping couples and individuals learn more about their emotional needs and discover tools to step out of negative cycles. My goal is to help you build lasting secure relationships with the most important people in your life.
I approach my clinical work from an attachment-focused, relational perspective and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with several years of experience working with couples. In addition to my specialized work with couples, I’m also passionate about helping individuals, including those who work in the field of mental health. The experience of professional burnout and work-life imbalance is not as uncommon as many realize. If you believe you may be experiencing symptoms of burnout, I would love the opportunity to help support you in achieving overall wellness in both your personal and professional life.
